Lead times vary depending on the build complexity and order volume, but average delivery ranges from 12 to 16 months.
This timeline includes engineering, fabrication, assembly, and testing to ensure each unit meets performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. More specialized configurations or high-demand production periods may extend delivery timelines.
Do you offer repair, maintenance, or refurbishment services?
Yes, we provide full after-market support including maintenance (if requested), parts replacement, diagnostics, and refurbishments.
Our service team supports the full lifecycle of your transporter, from routine inspections and preventative maintenance to major rebuilds and component upgrades. We also supply OEM parts and troubleshooting support to help maximize uptime and extend equipment life.
Where are your trucks manufactured?
All our vehicles are manufactured at our facility located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, using high-quality components sourced from trusted suppliers.
Our in-house production ensures consistent quality control from fabrication through final assembly, resulting in durable, heavy-duty transporters built for demanding industrial applications.
What warranty do you provide on your trucks?
We offer a comprehensive warranty which covers the replacement of defective parts damaged by faults in construction, material or manufacturing, excluding tires and rims. The main frame and all structural weldments will be warranted for five (5) years.
Are your trucks compliant with local and international safety standards?
Yes, all our vehicles meet or exceed safety and emissions standards required in North America, Europe, and other global markets.
